The Terms of Service*
By signing this agreement, you (Client) agree to retain Valerie Walker of Trifecta Management LLC (Service Provider)
to proceed with strategic and executive coaching services for a Virtual VIP Day, packaged under “Revenue Accelerator VIP Day TM”, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this
Agreement.
During this Virtual VIP Service, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 8 hours on assignments, which includes 1 hour for a Pre-VIP strategy call, approximately 6-hour Virtual VIP Day, and 1 hour for Post-VIP call. (Note: Full Pay Option includes an additional 30 days of Post-VIP Day email and messaging support.)
Work will be performed virtually. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client & Service Provider. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9AM-5PM EST on weekdays.
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $2,200 and will be due at the time of booking this appointment. Client has the option of a Full-Pay or 2-Payment Option. If Client chooses the 2-Payment Option, they pay a 50% deposit (due at signing) and pay the balance within 5 business
days of the scheduled VIP appointment date. If a 2-Payment Option is chosen, the Client is responsible for both payments. Failure to pay the remaining 50% balance 5 business days prior
to the scheduled VIP date will result in cancellation of the session. Session will be rescheduled based on the availability
of the Service Provider.
Coaching services, over and above the VIP Day package, will be made available by Service Provider at the current rate and will be billed separately.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
Client understands that any written statements, images, audio
recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the VIP Day and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the Service
Provider. Client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements.
This purchase is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice of the actual VIP Day booked appointment. The Client's deposit is valid for 60 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the VIP Day fails to occur within 60 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the VIP Day will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 60 days, the original deposit may, at the ServiceProviders discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current VIP Day rate, which may or may not be higher than the original
booking rate.
Optional In-Person Sessions
In-Person sessions are an option at an additional cost. The date, location, and costs (e.g. travel, meeting location & venue costs, etc.) must be agreed upon well in advance of the confirmed VIP Date with a written agreement between the Client & Service Provider.
(Full Pay Option Only): During the 30 days of Post-VIP Day support, the Client will be able to email or message Service Provider with follow-up questions for work that was performed during the VIP Day, and will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials. This support does not cover additional coaching support, strategy, or implementation work that exceeds what was done during the VIP Day. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another VIP Full Day, Half-Day, or purchase a 1:1 Coaching Package from the Service Provider at their current rate.
